WILDRIDE – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WILDRIDE! We are WILDRIDE B.V., also known as "WILDRIDE".

At WILDRIDE, we hope you enjoy shopping with us, whether online via our webshop wild-ride.nl or in one of our physical stores. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible and have therefore defined a few conditions ("Terms") that apply to your order.

Offer and Agreement

  1. When you purchase an item from WILDRIDE via the webshop or in-store, you enter into an agreement with WILDRIDE. These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
  2. We ensure that these Terms are easily accessible at the time of ordering and at any moment thereafter. You can read, review, or download the applicable and most recent version of the Terms on our website.
  3. To prevent incorrect delivery after your order, we ask that you provide accurate information and contact details. We store your data securely and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
  4. An agreement based on an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding for WILDRIDE. Contact WILDRIDE if you doubt the validity of an offer.

Price and Payment

  1. The webshop price is the total price including VAT. If applicable, shipping costs are listed separately.
  2. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the WILDRIDE webshop.
  3. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may charge extra levies, such as import duties. WILDRIDE has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot provide further information. Any import duties and taxes are your sole responsibility and may need to be paid upon delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. You are responsible for checking whether the ordered products can be exported and imported to the relevant country and what the associated costs are, before placing such an order.
  4. WILDRIDE gift cards can only be used in the webshop.

Delivery

  1. WILDRIDE aims to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We ensure accurate shipment of the products. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the products, and we’ll take care of it.
  2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide and using the delivery method you selected. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the FAQ on our website.
  3. In case an incorrect address is provided, the cost of the lost product is your own responsibility.

Quality, Legal Warranty & Complaints

  1. WILDRIDE aims to represent products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as color variations) between the website presentation and the delivered product. Does the product look different than expected?
  2. Our products are of course subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product depends on the material, frequency of use, and level of care. WILDRIDE products are made from the highest quality materials as stated in the webshop. WILDRIDE guarantees quality under normal use. For optimal lifespan and quality, it is important to follow the washing instructions. If you still believe something is wrong with your product, let us know your complaint (by phone, email, or post).
  3. If you have discussed your complaint with us but still wish to file it with another body, you can contact the Disputes Committee via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Right of Withdrawal

  1. By law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product to withdraw from your agreement with WILDRIDE without giving a reason.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending us an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  4. After cancellation of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving all products in your order, to the WILDRIDE address stated on the return label that you receive via our custom return app or by email.
  5. You may try our products to the extent necessary to decide on your purchase, just as you would in a physical store. Make sure the tags remain attached and the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have tags removed, or show signs of wear, WILDRIDE will deduct the depreciation from the total refund. Only WILDRIDE is authorized to determine the depreciation amount.
  6. WILDRIDE will refund the paid amount (excluding any shipping or return costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In case of a partial cancellation, we only refund the cost of the returned product. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment.
  7. Return costs are not reimbursed.

Return Policy

  1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, so we offer a 14-day return policy. Partial returns are also possible.
  2. Return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving all products in your order, to the WILDRIDE address stated on the return label that you receive via our custom return app or by email.
  3. You may try our products to the extent necessary to decide on your purchase, just as you would in a physical store. Make sure the tags remain attached and the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have tags removed, or show signs of wear, WILDRIDE will deduct the depreciation from the total refund. Only WILDRIDE is authorized to determine the depreciation amount.
  4. The return policy does not apply to goods also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that are unsealed after delivery.
  5. WILDRIDE will refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we only refund the cost of the returned product. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment.
  6. Return costs are not reimbursed.

Intellectual Property

  1. WILDRIDE owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, the products, and the website including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.

Changes

  1. Changes to these Terms are published on the website. You are advised to read these Terms carefully when ordering from us. These Terms were last updated on May 6, 2021.

Applicable Law

  1. These Terms and the agreement between you and WILDRIDE are governed by Dutch law. In case of a dispute, the Amsterdam Court has jurisdiction; this does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you reside.
