On a beautiful day in Amsterdam, we gathered in the heart of Vondelpark for a relaxed picnic celebrating the Joolz x Wildride collaboration. To host the event, we invited Daisy, better known as Lente Meisje, a mother to 2-year-old Soe, currently expecting her second child, and a familiar face as both a content creator and model. Did we also mention a Wildride Model?
Daisy brought together a wonderful group of fellow moms and their children, creating the perfect setting for a morning filled with connection, conversation, and community. There is a unique Dutch word that perfectly captures the feeling of a gathering like this: gezelligheid. While it doesn't translate directly into English, it describes a sense of warmth, comfort, and togetherness, the feeling of being surrounded by good company in a welcoming atmosphere. And that feeling was present throughout the entire picnic.
Surrounded by nature, children played freely on the exclusive Joolz x Wildride picnic blankets while parents enjoyed the opportunity to slow down, meet new people, and share stories about family life. The atmosphere was effortless and welcoming, exactly what we hoped for: a chance to bring our community together in a meaningful way.
Throughout the event, guests had the opportunity to experience the Joolz x Wildride collection up close. The collaboration brings together Joolz's thoughtful, premium stroller design and Wildride's signature Boho carrier, creating a collection that feels both practical and beautifully designed for everyday family adventures. Seeing the products in a real-life setting allowed guests to fully appreciate the details and unique aesthetic of the collaboration.
For many guests, it was their first introduction to the Wildride toddler carrier. Moms had the opportunity to try the carrier themselves, experience its comfort and ease of use, and see the beautiful boho-inspired pattern in person. Several had already heard about the Joolz x Wildride collaboration and were excited to finally experience it firsthand. While the collection had already created plenty of buzz, seeing the carrier, strollers, and coordinating picnic blankets together in the sunshine made it even more special. The beautiful print and thoughtful design details truly came to life outdoors, exactly where the collection was designed to be enjoyed.
